Trauma

Floor of mouth hematoma, causing airway obstruction.

An orbital blow-out fracture, with entrapment of the inferior rectus muscle.

Examples of children with electrical burns of the mouth.

Healing after use of steroid injection and oral appliance.

Surgical repair

The same child after surgical  rehabilitation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

A second child with an electrical burn to the mouth.

The same child after initial surgery, with ongoing prosthetic rehabilitation.

A child with a temporal bone fracture which resulted in meningitis.  This necessitated surgical repair.
